Drill Deeper and More Efficiently with the Drilling Booster

Due to the cold winters and the granitic bedrock, the use of emission-free, deep-drilled geothermal energy will play a significant role in achieving climate goals. In more densely populated areas, the demand for heating and cooling will multiply, as efficient construction significantly limits the available space for drilling. Therefore, we must be able to drill increasingly deeper wells. Deep Drilling from Finland has the solution for how we can reach deeper into the bedrock—hundreds of meters down—to meet our climate targets!

  • The CE-certified DDB-670 Booster Compressor is designed to operate alongside a standard Nordic drilling compressor.
  • With an inlet pressure of 35 bar, the DDB-670 can deliver 580 l/s of air at an outlet pressure of 36–69 bar.
  • Using a DDB-670 Booster Compressor, drilling contractors can ensure the drilling of standard 4-inch wells (110 mm – 130 mm) to depths of 500 to 600 meters, and even deeper if needed.
